    • Special Delivery Needs: If you require special delivery options like a lift gate or inside delivery, contact the freight company directly. These additional fees are the customer's responsibility.
    • Redelivery Fees: Any redelivery fees due to missed appointments or other reasons will also be the customer's responsibility.

Inspecting Your Shipment:

    • Damage or Discrepancies: Carefully check the shipment for any damage or missing/incorrect materials before signing the delivery receipt.

    • Reporting Damage: If you discover damage, immediately notify both the freight company and Cement Tile Outlet.
    • Claim Requirements: All claims for damage or incorrect materials must be noted on the driver's bill of lading and reported within 3 days of delivery.
    • Documentation Required: To process a claim, you may be asked to provide supporting documentation and pictures of the damage.
    • Refusal is Not Recommended: Do not refuse the shipment! If damage is noted on the paperwork, Cement Tile Outlet can begin the process of getting replacements to you. Refusing a shipment can lead to additional charges.

Returns:

    • Stock Orders: Returns of in-stock items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus the cost of return shipping to Cement Tile Outlet.
    • Custom/Non-Stock Orders: There are no returns allowed on custom or non-stock orders. These orders are considered final sale.

    • Return Authorization: Contact Cement Tile Outlet by phone (1-800-7505068) or email (info@cementtileoutlet.com) for return authorization before returning any incorrect or defective orders.
    • Return Processing: Returns will be credited after the flooring is received, inspected, and restocked at the Cement Tile Outlet warehouse.

Important Notes:

    • Shade Variations: Natural variations in shade and texture are inherent to cement tile and are not considered defects. Cement Tile Outlet does not offer warranties against shade variations.
    • Sample Orders Recommended: It is highly recommended that you order a sample to confirm the color and appearance of the tiles before placing a large order.
    • Monitor Settings: Be aware that variations in monitor settings can affect how colors appear online.
    • Accurate Measurements: To avoid material shortages, carefully measure your flooring area and order an additional 10-15% to account for waste, cutting, and layout variations.
  • Matching Future Orders: Due to the handmade nature of cement tile, there is no guarantee that future orders will perfectly match existing tiles.
